he did, when my MOM called, that was so [censored] up

and i didnt get miranda rights, but im not really gonna try too hard to fight it unless i get a lotta probation or some [censored]

Why on earth would they want to answer your cell at all?
A ringing phone doesn't have to be answered!

(I bet he was hoping for some drug connection or something... be the big man...make the bust yada yada yada blah blah)

That's certainly something I would ask about... mostly out of curiosity...

You want to hear a good one about the prick cops in Big Stone? Well, you may not look at it that way once you hear the story, but I was pulled over for driving on a suspended license by a cop with whose wife I used to screw around with. Believe me, that's the only reason I got pulled over because when he came to my window, he didn't ask anything, but said "What the hell are you doing driving without a license?" At least I got the satisfaction of knowing that he wasn't man enough to do anything about it while it was happening, just had to wait to hide behind a badge and act like a bigshot. Well bigshot, just remember that back in the day, your old lady kept coming back for the real long "Johnson"....if you catch my drift.

i do have to admit, one of the cops was really helpful, we talked about mustangs and he was really nice

the other one?

he was a big prick until we got to the station, once at the station he lightened up and realized we werent murderers or something.

i really doubt they will drop my charges, but elp is right, if i really wanted to fight it i would do it on the grounds of improper procedure.
